Electra is an associate at AEllc. Electra joined AEllc in 2016 and her practice includes corporate advisory and transactional work with a primary focus on mergers and acquisitions and banking and finance, and formations, restructurings and reorganisations and insolvency. Also specialising in competition law matters, general EU law, intellectual property, energy law and certain aspects of Internet Law.
