ABOUT MARIA
Maria is an associate at AEllc and heads the Corporate Services Department of AEllc. Maria is an expert on the provision of corporate services and related commercial matters. Maria’s practice includes formations, restructurings and reorganisations, redomiciliations/migrations, cross border mergers and corporate transactional work (mergers, acquisitions, banking and finance). In addition, Maria advises on general corporate compliance matters (including AML and FATCA matters) and handles all interaction of legal entities vis-à-vis the Registrar of Companies and the Courts. Maria also handles a wide range of non-contentious intellectual property matters, including patents, trademarks and copyright.
